How to Place an Online Order

Placing an order online is easy and like anything in life, once you learn how to do it the first time, you never forget.

Browse or search the Speedy Ink online store to find the products that meet your need.

When searching the site it is always best to enter the cartridge number or printer number only, eg. CX6500, or T0472. You can enter both the manufacturer and the cartrdige or printer name, eg. Epson CX6500.

If you cannot find the item you need the chances are you may have entered a search combination that our database did not recognise. In this instance please contact us as we are sure we will stock your item.

When you find an item you would like to purchase, click "buy now" to add the items to your Shopping Cart or click on the product title to read more details about the product.

When you are finished shopping, click the button "Check Out" on your shopping cart page. If you are an existing Speedy Ink customer you can simply log in to your account. If you are a new customer you will be required to enter your shipping and billing details.

Once you have entered your order details you can choose which payment method you prefer. If paying via credit card you will be switched to the secure server so that all personal information (including your credit card) will be protected.

To complete the order, simply follow the directions and fill out the order forms and enter a user name and password. You will be asked for your ship to and bill to addresses, your credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Bankcard) information, if credit apyment method selected and the method you would like your products shipped.

When you have completed the verification of your order, click the Submit button and your order will be sent to Speedy Ink for fulfillment. You will be sent, immediately, a confirmation and invoice of your order via e-mail. Please use the order number from this e-mail in any inquiries about your order.

You can log into your Speedy Ink account at any time to view details of all current and previous order details and reprint any order invoices if required.
